Free beginner lessons

Selected Friday evenings:

On the first regular Friday dance of every month, we have a free beginner lesson from 6:30 to 7:00, just before our regular weekly Friday dance.
You don't need to bring a partner!

And, if you haven't been to TECDA before, your first weekly dance is free! We will partner you with experienced dancers.

Selected Saturday afternoons:

At our monthly dances, we will have a free beginner lesson at half an hour before the advertised dance start time. Please arrive early so as to be ready to dance at the beginning of the lesson time.

If you are a newcomer to ECD who attends the beginner lesson at a monthly dance, that afternoon's dance is free! To take advantage of this offer,

1. Arrive 35 to 45 minutes before the dance start time, so that you are ready to participate fully in the beginner lesson as soon as it begins (which is 30 minutes before the dance start time)
2. Attend the half-hour beginner lesson
3. Enjoy the afternoon dance! We will partner you with experienced dancers.
